Vinay Nadig

Vinay Nadig serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of SimplifyX, a Simplify Healthcare Company, since January 2025. Prior to this role, Vinay held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Simplify Healthcare from October 2022 to December 2024, where responsibilities included designing growth strategies and building new business units. As a Partner at FQA, a division of Impact Advisors, from July 2020 to August 2022, Vinay led the Performance Practice. Previous experience includes serving as Divisional Vice President at Health Care Service Corporation from 2017 to 2020, achieving significant sales volume increases and operational improvements. Earlier career highlights include an Executive Advisor role focusing on transformation initiatives for major firms and a Principal position at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, where Vinay drove substantial sales growth. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Executive Certificate in Strategy & Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management, an MBA in General Management from East Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering.
