Michael Concannon

Michael Concannon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael is the Co-Founder of SimpliGov since 2018. Michael also founded and partnered with THINKSMART Data Services in 2001 and SpendVu in 2010, where they served as the CEO of both companies. Michael was a Founder and Executive VP at thinkSmart LLC starting from 2013. Prior to these entrepreneurial endeavors, Michael worked as a Business Consultant at Deloitte from 1997 to 2000, providing management consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. Before that, they worked as a Data and Reporting Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, where they contributed to improving quality by implementing a compensation system tied to patient satisfaction. Michael's early experience includes working as an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist at Collins McNicholas, where they guided executive search and selection teams and designed training programs for clients.

Michael Concannon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Galway from 1987 to 1990. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University College Cork, completing their studies from 1990 to 1991.
