Michelle Ridge serves as the VP of West Coast Broker Operations at SimpliHŌM since October 2025, focusing on empowering agents in building sustainable real estate businesses through collaboration and education. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions including Principal Reviewing Broker at Works Real Estate from May 2021 to October 2025, and Managing Broker at Chase International from November 2019 to April 2021, contributing to the vibrant culture of the Reno/Lake Tahoe region. Additionally, Michelle worked with Carrington Real Estate Services from June 2009 to October 2019 in roles such as RVP West and AVP Territory Manager, Broker of Record in California, and also held the position of RVP Northwest at Vylla during the same timeframe. Michelle earned a Master’s degree in Education from Chapman University and a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Management from Fresno State University.
