Aarushi has work experience in two companies. At Simplilearn, they worked as a Senior Instructional Designer from July 2023 onwards. Prior to that, they held roles as a Learning Designer (A4) from October 2022 to July 2023, a Learning Designer (A3) from April 2022 to September 2022, and a Learning Designer (A1) from August 2021 to March 2022. At WhiteHat Jr, they worked as a Coding Instructor from November 2020 to July 2021.

Aarushi attended Lovely Professional University from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they also acquired several certifications, including Business Analytics with Excel, Agile Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Machine Learning Advanced Certification Training, Agile Scrum Foundation, and Server-side Scripting with NodeJS, Express, and MongoDB. Aarushi obtained these certifications from institutions such as Simplilearn and Coursera, with the most recent certification being obtained in December 2021.
