Shefali Sharma

Shefali Sharma has a diverse work experience in sales and business development. Shefali started their career at Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited as a Trainee in 2014. Shefali then interned at IBM in 2016. Shefali later joined SRMS Institutions as a Student Editorial Head and Head Coordinator, where they facilitated communication within the college community and organized initiatives for underprivileged individuals. Shefali also served as the Vice President of VERVE, a student welfare association. Shefali then worked at Certination Solution and Services as a Business Development Associate, providing workshops and training to students. Shefali continued their business development roles at Ducat Education and NIIT Limited, where they generated leads, managed training programs, and developed professional relationships. Currently, Shefali is with Simplilearn, holding positions such as Senior Inside Sales Manager, Senior Inside Sales Specialist, Senior Inside Sales Evangelist, Associate Business Manager, and Senior Associate Business Manager, focusing on providing certification training in various disciplines.

Shefali Sharma completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from SRMS Institutions, from the years 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Atomic Energy Central School, Narora from the years 2000 to 2012, where they obtained their Senior High School diploma with a focus on Science.

In addition to their formal education, Shefali has also earned several certifications and awards. Shefali received the Top SBU Award from Simplilearn in November 2022 and the Rising Star Award in May 2020. Shefali also holds a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification from Simplilearn, obtained in February 2020. Furthermore, Shefali received the Young Achiever's Award from NIIT Limited in April 2019, and during their time at SRMS Institutions, they were recognized for outstanding performance in overall sports and achieved the title of State Level Athlete in February 2017.
