Sween G. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, Sween started as an Intern at DRDO and later worked as a Software Engineer at Wipro from September 2011 to July 2012. In 2013, Sween joined the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati as a Placement Representative & Department Lead until July 2014. From December 2014 to January 2017, Sween worked as a Senior Evangelist at Planet Ganges Consulting. Currently, Sween is employed as a Product Manager at Simplilearn, a position held since January 2017.

Sween G. completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree at Amity University from 2007 to 2011. Sween then pursued a Masters of Technology (MTech) degree at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Sween has obtained several certifications. These include being a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, having completed Market Research & Analysis from Cornell University, being a Prince2 Certified Professional from AXELOS Global Best Practice, completing Product Foundations from Pragmatic Institute, finishing Product Growth Simulator from GoPractice, Inc, and Taking the Stage from UBC Sauder School of Business.
