Mamta Sharma

Mamta Sharma is an experienced HR professional with over a decade of expertise in driving HR processes and operations. Since April 2011, Mamta has been serving as HR Manager at Simplion Technologies India Pvt. Ltd, focusing on HR operations across Gurgaon and Noida. Prior to this, Mamta held the position of Sr. Executive Operations/HR at Wipro Infotech from August 2009 to April 2011, where responsibilities included project tracking, revenue reporting, and managing HR activities for over 80 employees. Mamta began the career as an Executive in the MIS department at Ceva Freight India Pvt. Ltd from July 2008 to August 2009, maintaining the Management Information System for the Country Air Freight Department. Academically, Mamta holds a B.Com degree from Delhi University, an MBA in HR from IMT-Ghaziabad, and a GNIIT in MIS from NIIT.
