Dan Gearhardt

Dan Gearhardt currently serves as the Director of Programs and Strategy at SimpliSafe, where responsibilities include acting as Chief of Staff to the CIO and COO and leading key strategic initiatives for the global supply chain and enterprise technology teams. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions at Wayfair, including Head of Strategy and Operations for Planning and Inventory Management, and Senior Manager of Performance Strategy, managing cross-functional teams and initiatives. Dan’s experience at Nike spans multiple roles, including Operations Manager for Nike Innovation Labs and Business Operations Manager, focusing on operational efficiency and innovation. Dan started a career with the U.S. Department of State as a Program Analyst and Foreign Service Officer and has also worked at Fisher Investments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Asian Studies from the University of Oregon and participation in Chinese immersion and study abroad programs in Taiwan.
