Daniel Schultz is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in both managerial and development roles. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at SimpliSafe since July 2020, Daniel previously held positions as a Senior Software Engineer at both SimpliSafe and ButcherBox. Daniel’s career includes roles at Cynosure, Inc. as Web Manager and Senior Web Developer, as well as Lead Web Developer at Informa Training Partners. Notably, Daniel worked as CIO at Joust Inc., managing local and remote teams for the development of customer support systems. Daniel's early career also encompassed significant contributions as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University Extension School and various IT consultancy roles. Daniel holds coursework toward a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from Harvard University and in Computer Science from Gordon College.
