Donna Monroe

Donna Monroe, PMP, currently serves as Sr Program Manager for Manufacturing Operations at SimpliSafe, leading cross-functional teams in product transitions and ensuring compliance with business targets. Previously, Monroe worked at Nordson Corporation as a Senior Manager in Program Management and Engineering, where responsibilities included managing corporate initiatives and supporting growth strategies. At GE Oil & Gas, Monroe held the role of Engineering Manager, overseeing a leadership team focused on complex control valve designs, and earlier, served as Engineering Manager at GE Power & Water, delivering water treatment system designs. Monroe holds an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University.
