Fred Lennox

Fred Lennox is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational excellence and transformation across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of the Transformation Office at SimpliSafe, Fred is responsible for enhancing operational effectiveness through strategic special projects. Prior to this role, Fred was the Partner and U.S. Managing Director at LeadToSuccess BV, where expertise in advisory, coaching, and training flourished from 2018 to 2023. Fred's impressive career includes significant positions at Cimpress, Vistaprint, Keane, CGI-AMS, Buysense, and EDS, with a focus on operational strategy, manufacturing technology, and business development that consistently drove efficiency and cost reductions.
