Jenny Chang

Jenny Chang is an accomplished professional in user experience design and research, currently serving as the Director of User Experience Design and Research at SimpliSafe since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jenny was the Sr. Director of UX Strategy & Design at Zus Health, where Jenny played a pivotal role in building a UX team for an early-stage healthcare startup. Jenny's experience includes significant leadership positions at Sonos, Inc., Crimson Hexagon, EnerNOC, Rocket Farm Studios, CityVoter, Fidelity Investments, Iron Mountain Digital, and Netspoke, demonstrating expertise in transforming organizations through user-centered design, establishing design practices, and driving innovative product strategies. Jenny holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
