Matias Hick

Matias Hick is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and managing software solutions across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at SimpliSafe since July 2022, Matias previously held the position of Technical Lead Engineer at intive, where expertise in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch was applied to backend development for a listings portal. Further experience includes leading the development of an ERP system for LH Confort and working on diverse projects in software engineering since 2007, including roles at A Cuatro Bandas Media S.A. and Process Technologies. Matias is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at the University of Buenos Aires, which Matias has attended since March 2006.
