Parimala Rapol

Parimala Rapol is a Principal Product Analyst at SimpliSafe since May 2022, responsible for monitoring services within the product domain. Previously, Parimala held the position of Sr. BI & Reporting Analyst II, where collaboration with various product teams was essential to provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making and performance tracking. Prior to SimpliSafe, Parimala worked at Pereion Solutions from November 2017 to May 2022 as a Business Intelligence Analyst, focusing on data collection, modeling, and facilitating data exchange using IBM and Acoustic tools, and as a Data Analyst, where the emphasis was on customer experience reporting and delivering impactful insights. Earlier experience includes working as a Programmer Analyst at Omniskope, Inc. Parimala holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology with a focus on Data Science from the University of the Cumberlands, as well as a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
