Rebecca Shaffer

Rebecca Harkess Shaffer, CSCP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Fulfillment at SimpliSafe, leading a team focused on 3PL fulfillment network operations. Prior to this role, Rebecca spent over seven years at iRobot, where responsibilities included managing logistics for the Americas, redesigning the 3PL distribution network, and overseeing operational execution for North American distribution. Earlier experience includes positions at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc., where Rebecca was the primary supply planner and managed a reverse logistics program, and at Dollar Tree Stores, where logistics operations and supply chain efficiencies were key focuses. Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a dual focus on Supply Chain Management and Marketing from Northeastern University.
