Ronald Sia

Ronald Sia is an accomplished legal professional with over 13 years of experience in-house counsel for leading consumer packaged goods companies, most notably Procter & Gamble. Currently serving as VP of Legal and Enterprise Risk & Sustainability Compliance Officer at SimpliSafe, Ronald has held various senior legal roles, providing expertise in technology, innovation, and brand protection. At Procter & Gamble, Ronald was the Global Lead Commercial Counsel supporting the Gillette brand, overseeing commercial, antitrust, and intellectual property legal matters. Other significant roles include strategic advisory positions at Zepteon, Inc., and AINA Wireless, as well as board membership in various corporate governance capacities. Ronald's academic background includes a JD from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, a summer program at Tsinghua University focused on Chinese IP and legal systems, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Economics from Tufts University.
