Jay Patel

Jay Patel is currently a Configuration Analyst & Change Coordinator at Simplista Inc., responsible for managing application configuration, triaging support issues, and ensuring compliance with change management processes. Prior to this, they worked at Canadian Tire Corporation as a Cashier/Customer Service/Online Orders staff member, where they improved store sales through excellent customer service and trained new team members. Jay is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Toronto Metropolitan University and holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Technology from Seneca Polytechnic.
