Tsai Jonas

Tsai Jonas has a diverse work experience in quality management and leadership roles. Tsai started their career as a Factory Manager at Tigatech in 1997, where they oversaw daily operations and manufacturing. Tsai then worked as a Quality Manager at Coolermaster from 2005 to 2008, handling customer quality issues and audits. From 2010 to 2015, Tsai served as a Quality Manager at INNOLUX, focusing on supplier quality management and material exceptional handling. Tsai later joined China Productivity Center from 2015 to 2016, participating in a management consultant training program. Tsai then worked as a Senior Quality Manager at Hiti Digital, Inc. from 2016 to 2017, leading a quality team and ensuring the execution of quality function. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Quality Assurance at Simplo Technology since 2017.

Tsai Jonas obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanography, Chemical and Physical from National Taiwan Ocean University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended Natiola Taichung First Senior High school from 1988 to 1990, where they focused on Oceanography. In 2016, they also obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from China Association for Quality.
