Jennifer Daff

Jennifer Daff has over 20 years of experience at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd, where roles have included Product Value Improvement Manager, Product Engineering Leader, and Chilled Production Manager, among others. Beginning as a Food Technologist from 2003 to 2009, Jennifer has progressively taken on leadership positions in product development and quality assurance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from LaTrobe University and a Graduate Diploma of Education from Victoria College, both contributing to a strong foundation in both science and education.
