Katie Saunders has extensive work experience in marketing and management positions. Katie began their career at Pacific Brands in 1999 as a Marketing professional. Katie then joined Lion Co in 2001, where they served as a Marketing Manager until 2011. In 2011, they joined HJ Heinz as the Group Marketing Manager for Juice Beverages before being promoted to the role of General Manager of the Golden Circle Business Unit. In 2014, they joined Simplot Australia Pty Ltd as the General Manager of Shelf Grocery. Katie later took on roles as the General Manager of Seafood and General Manager of Marketing. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Marketing for APAC at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd.
Katie Saunders pursued a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in 2020, specializing in Brand Management. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and Bachelor of Arts (Japanese) degrees at Swinburne University.
