Kay Cafarella

Kay Cafarella has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as the Recipe Content and Team Leader at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd since January 2000. In this role, Kay provides culinary support and creative expertise, managing the professional development of recipes and food imagery for digital platforms. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Culinary Technologist, focusing on recipe and product development, nutritional analysis, and trade shows. Kay also worked as a Consultant Home Economist at Cadbury Schweppes Australia from 1990 to 2000 and served as a Home Economist at the Australian Dairy Corporation from 1983 to 1989. Kay holds a degree in Applied Science from RMIT University.
