Mukund Doshi

Mukund Doshi is an experienced food safety and quality professional currently serving as a Vendor Assurance Technologist at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd since March 2023. Prior roles include Food Safety & Quality Lead and G&R and Compliance Lead at Fonterra, where Mukund demonstrated expertise in RMP, FSSC 22000, and Halal standards, conducted internal audits, and supported regulatory compliance. Previous positions at Frucor Beverages and AsureQuality further enhanced Mukund's skills in quality control, laboratory supervision, and microbiological testing. Mukund holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Biological Sciences and Food Safety from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
