Peter Hardman

Peter Hardman has extensive experience in the agricultural industry, having spent nearly three decades with Simplot Australia Pty Ltd in various roles, including Business Development Manager, Agricultural Manager for Potatoes, and Potato Field Officer. Prior to their tenure at Simplot, Peter Hardman worked with the Department of Agriculture Tasmania as a Facilitator for the Farm Best Practice Program and as a Potato Seed Certification Officer from 1989 to 1995. Earlier experience includes a position as a Technical Officer with the Department of Agriculture Tasmania and adjacent organizations from 1975 to 1989, as well as self-employment as a Dairy Farmer from 1970 to 1975. Peter Hardman's educational background includes studies at Potato Paddock University from 1975 to 2014, along with attendance at Devonport Technical College and Kings Meadows High.
