Adam Holland

Adam Holland, JD, LCB, serves as Counsel for Global Trade at J.R. Simplot Company since June 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing global trade compliance for one of America's top exporters, focusing on import/export clearance, sanctions, and antiboycott compliance across North America, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. Prior experience includes roles at Meta as Manager of Global Trade Compliance, directing global import compliance, and at Medline Industries as Senior Manager of Global Trade Compliance, managing trade compliance teams globally. Earlier in the career, Adam worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant, gaining recognition for performance, while also managing global customs and export control assessments. Adam's legal foundations were established as a Law Clerk at Hui Ye Law Firm and as a Summer Associate at Northwestern Mutual. Education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor’s in Management with Emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University.
