Alma Rosas

Alma Rosas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Alma began their career in 2011 as a Sales Representative at Mybullfrog.com Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a General Office Clerk at Emmett Counseling and Psychiatric LLC. In 2016, they transitioned to Grande Ronde Hospital where they served as a Front Desk Receptionist until 2017.

In 2017, Alma joined Truckstop.com as an HR Representative and later took on the roles of HR Generalist and Payroll Analyst. From 2019 to 2019, they worked as a People Operations Data Analyst & Advisor at the same company.

Since 2020, Alma has been employed at J.R. Simplot Company, starting as an HR Solutions Analyst & Administrator and progressing to the positions of HR Solutions Administrator and HR Solutions Lead Mexico. Currently, they hold the role of HR Solutions Lead LATAM.

Alma Rosas received an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Treasure Valley Community College in 2016. Alma then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in the same field at Eastern Oregon University from 2016 to 2017. Later, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Eastern Oregon University between 2019 and 2022.
