Amber Weaver

Amber Weaver is an experienced professional in production scheduling and procurement, currently serving as a Senior Master Production Scheduler at J.R. Simplot Company since January 2024. Previously, Amber worked at WinCo Foods from August 2013 to January 2024 as a Senior Buyer, leading bakery and deli teams in demand forecasting, inventory management, and P&L accountability. Prior roles include Product Purchasing Specialist at The Chefs Warehouse, where Amber managed strategic procurement for high-end specialty foods, and Purchasing and Supply Chain Planner at Kettle Foods, overseeing supply contracts and inventory for multiple production facilities. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply and Logistics Management, along with a Food Industry Leadership Certification from Portland State University.
