Amy Grindheim has over 19 years of work experience in the agricultural industry. Amy started as a Business Agronomist at G-Mac's AgTeam Inc. in 2004 and worked there until 2008. Amy then joined Blair's Family of Companies as the Director of Sales & AgIntelligence, where they worked for over 13 years until 2021. After that, they moved on to G-Mac's AgTeam as a Market Development Lead for two years, from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a Market Development Lead at J.R. Simplot Company.
