Andrew Hexum

Andrew Hexum, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at J.R. Simplot Company since February 2020. Prior to this, Andrew held similar roles at GE Renewable Energy, first as Human Resources Manager for the LM Wind Power Service Americas division from January 2019 to February 2020, and as HR Generalist for LM Wind Power Blades (ND) Inc. between September 2016 and January 2019. Andrew's career in HR began at LM Wind Power Blades (ND) Inc., where responsibilities included HR Specialist and Team Leader, overseeing the construction of fiberglass wind turbine blades. Andrew also has a background in composite technology. Academically, Andrew earned an MBA from the University of Mary (2016-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Biology from the University of North Dakota (2003-2008).
