Angela Hamman

Angela Hamman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at J.R. Simplot Company, Angela facilitates programs aimed at driving meaningful organizational outcomes and partners with HR to implement strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Culture, Engagement and Inclusion, and Talent & Culture Programs Lead, where Angela developed key employee engagement strategies and supported the implementation of DEI initiatives across the organization. Prior to Simplot, Angela held various leadership roles at Southern Cross Corporation, focusing on training development, employee engagement, and marketing. Angela's career began at Miami University Equestrian Center as an instructor, where skills in teaching and social media marketing were developed. Angela holds a BA in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs with a minor in French from Miami University and has also completed training at the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS).
