Anita Papke

Anita Papke is an experienced professional in the foodservice industry, currently serving as the Senior Account Executive for the K12 West Region at J.R. Simplot Company since May 2021. Previously, Anita held the position of West Regional Sales Manager at Peterson Farms, Inc., where responsibilities included selling fresh apples and apple sauce to school districts across multiple states. Prior roles include Client Manager at Advantage Waypoint, overseeing market strategies for the Western Region, and Sales Manager at Food Sales West and Golden Bear Sales and Marketing, both focused on representing clients in the Northern Nevada/Northern California markets. Anita began their career in management at Charthouse Restaurants, where extensive experience across various locations contributed to a strong foundation in operational leadership. Anita earned a Bachelor of Business with a focus on International Business from Brigham Young University–Hawaii and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Moorpark College.
