Ark Anantachote

Ark Anantachote is a Senior Food Scientist at J.R. Simplot Company, where they have worked since 2020. They previously held positions as a Senior Food Technologist at HB Specialty Foods from 2010 to 2020, and as a Food Technologist at Heinz Frozen Foods from 2009 to 2010. Ark began their career as a QA Analyst at JMB International Thailand in 2000 and later served as a Food Technologist and plant inspector at the Department of Fishery Thailand from 1998 to 2000. Ark holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from the University of Idaho, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Kasetsart University.
