Ashley Parker

Ashley Parker, CPA, currently serves as the Financial Advisory Services Manager at J.R. Simplot Company since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ashley was the Tax Manager at Eide Bailly LLP from August 2019 to January 2022 and held the position of Controller at Flagpole Farm from February 2018 to August 2019. Ashley began a significant tenure at WinCo Foods as Assistant Controller from August 2008 to November 2017 and previously worked as a Tax Manager at Eide Bailly LLP from 2003 to August 2008. Earlier experience includes working as an Accountant at Deloitte from January 2000 to July 2003. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Idaho State University, where studies were completed from 1997 to 2000, and previous education occurred at the University of Portland from 1995 to 1997.
