Brianna Gualtieri is an experienced Senior Food Scientist at J.R. Simplot Company, having progressed through various roles including Food Scientist, Research Technologist, Research Technician, and Research and Development Intern since joining in June 2012. Prior to this, Brianna gained experience as a Lab Technologist Assistant at Washington State University in 2011 and worked as a Warehouse Demonstrator for Costco from June 2009 to August 2010. Brianna holds a Master's degree in Food Science from Kansas State University (2015-2019) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Idaho (2007-2012).
