Charlene Ingersoll

Charlene Ingersoll, MBA, PMP, currently serves as IT Project Manager III at J.R. Simplot Company since July 2023. Prior to this role, Charlene held the position of IT Project Manager II at US Ecology Inc., where responsibilities included managing large integrated projects with a focus on complex infrastructure and Workday HRIS projects between February 2019 and July 2023. Charlene also worked as an IT Project Manager and IT Business Analyst at the Idaho State Tax Commission from January 2017 to February 2019, engaging in a hybrid role encompassing business analysis and project management, in addition to serving as change control manager and ticket system administrator. Previously, Charlene was an IT Project Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from July 2003 to January 2017. Charlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, Information Technology and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on IT Management, both from Western Governors University.
