Dr. Akash Khatri

Dr. Akash Khatri is an experienced agronomy executive currently working at J.R. Simplot Company since February 2024. Prior to this role, Dr. Khatri served as a junior breeder specializing in millet and mustard at Biostadt India Limited from March 2022 to January 2024, where significant contributions included establishing the Alwar R&D station. Dr. Khatri holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Genetics and Plant Breeding from Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University and has a Master of Science in Agriculture with a specialization in Genetics and Plant Breeding from Anand Agricultural University. Undergraduate studies were completed at Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University, earning a Bachelor of Science with honors in Agriculture.
