Gina Hatchett

Gina Hatchett, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in driving HR strategies and improvements across various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at J.R. Simplot Company since June 2015, Gina partners with corporate leadership to enhance performance management and employee engagement while aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Previous positions include HR Manager at Presbyterian Communities and Services, where Gina improved employee satisfaction and reduced turnover, and Corporate Director of Human Resource Services at AccentCare, where Gina established a new HR department. Earlier roles at Guardian Home Care Holdings, Jefferson County, TX, and Jefferson County focused on developing HR policies, employee benefits, and risk management initiatives.
