Jake Messner

Jake Messner has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as Procurement Category Leader at J.R. Simplot Company since February 2020. Prior roles include Senior Procurement Manager and Procurement Category Manager at the same company, and various positions at Kiewit including Project Procurement & Execution, Contract Management & Closeout, and Purchasing Agent | Estimating from April 2017 to February 2020. Jake also gained experience at Edward Jones as a FACD Program Trainee from July 2016 to March 2017, and at doTERRA International LLC as a Logistics Coordinator and Intern from January 2015 to May 2016. Early experience includes a Market Analyst Intern role at Screenie in 2014. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Global Supply Chain Management from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Brigham Young University. Additionally, Jake possesses FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
