Janice Dilworth has extensive experience in enterprise service management and business relationships, currently serving as the ESM Program Manager at J.R. Simplot Company since December 2002. In addition to this role, Janice has held positions as Business Relationship Manager, Practice Leader for Web Services, and Project Manager within the same company. Prior to J.R. Simplot, Janice worked at IBM from May 1988 to June 2002 as a Project Administrator. Janice holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Boise State University.
