Jay Hoover

Jay Hoover holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Idaho, earned between 1998 and 2002, and further education at Northwest Nazarene University from 2017 to 2019. Jay Hoover has extensive experience in project and operations management, serving as Regional IT Project Delivery Manager and IT Project Manager at J.R. Simplot Company. Prior to that, Jay Hoover worked as an Operations Manager at Intralot and Lionbridge, as well as holding the position of Program Manager at Lionbridge.
