Joanna Finney

Joanna Finney has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Joanna currently holds the position of Director - Data, Reporting & Analytics at J.R. Simplot Company since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Finance - Corporate and FP&A at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd starting in 2019. Before joining Simplot, Joanna worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Director, Digital Finance from December 2018 to July 2019, and as a Manager, Finance Transformation from July 2018 to November 2018. Joanna also has experience as a Group Manager at Sensis from September 2011 to October 2012, and as a General Manager at National Foods from 2002 to 2010. Joanna's early career includes roles such as Planning Analyst at Mayne Health from 2001 to 2002 and various positions at Sigma Company Limited from 1997 to 2001, including Retail Finance Manager and State & Systems Accountant.

Joanna Finney has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree from Monash University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1995. Joanna also completed the CPA Program, including Core 1, Core 2, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and Business Information Management, from CPA Australia between 1999 and 2001. Additionally, Joanna holds a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree from RMIT University, which they earned from 2004 to 2006.
