John Viator has extensive experience in sales and management, beginning with ownership and operation of a 3,000-acre sugarcane farm at Lucky7 Farms/Sweet V Farms from June 1981 to December 2008. After transitioning from agriculture, John served in various roles, including Fleet Manager and Sales at Quail Tools from March 2009 to February 2016, and as a Substitute Teacher for the Iberia Parish School Board for a brief period in 2016. John also worked as a COI Resource Planner at Halliburton from February 2017 to September 2018, before taking on sales roles at J.R. Simplot Company and Sanders® since October 2018.
