Julie Ryan

Julie Ryan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Julie began their career as an Office Automation Clerk at the US Forest Service from 2008 to 2011. After that, they worked at David Obermeyer Farms as an Employee from 1998 to 2012.

In 2012, Julie joined ConAgra Foods as a Finance Intern, where they were involved in an Agile Project focused on building a forecasting tool for Transportation and Warehousing costs.

In 2013, Julie joined KPMG as an Audit Senior Manager, providing auditing, accounting, and business advisory services to clients in various industries such as timber, agriculture, mining, and technology. Julie played a key role in SEC filings and transactional work during their time at KPMG.

Currently, Julie is working at J.R. Simplot Company as the Director of Controls & Compliance. Their responsibilities include program-wide leadership, development, execution, and monitoring of the Controls and Compliance program and strategy. Julie also directs the ongoing activities of the BlackLine team and the evolution of ICOFR activities within BlackLine on a global scale.

Julie Ryan attended the University of Idaho from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. Julie also earned a second Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations during the same period.
