Karen Gonzalez

Karen Gonzalez is a seasoned professional in operations and project management with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as a Field Account Executive for the McDonald's Business Unit at J.R. Simplot Company since February 2024, Karen previously held various significant roles at McDonald's Corporation from July 2002 to June 2023, including Deployment Manager for U.S. Operations, where responsibility included leading large-scale initiatives, and Project Manager for U.S. Business Integration, which involved overseeing a high-profile McCafé activation at the 2016 Olympics. Earlier career experience includes managing high-volume recruiting as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half from April 1997 to June 2002.
