Karin Hart

Karin Hart has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles within the food industry. Karin started their career at Tyson Foods, where they worked as an Assistant Product Manager, Marketing Trainee, and Computer Graphics Designer. Karin then moved on to Ore-Ida Foods, where they served as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, and Marketing Services Manager. Following that, they worked at McCain Foods as a Product Manager for Supermarket Deli & Sweet Potatoes. Karin later joined Conagra Brands as a Marketing Manager in the Foodservice division, where they were responsible for leading marketing efforts for multiple brands. Currently, they are working at the J.R. Simplot Company, where they have held several roles, including Senior Director of National Accounts Sales & Marketing, National Foodservice Sales Director, Vice President of McDonald's Global Business, and Vice President of International Business. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong strategic planning and team leadership skills, particularly in driving business growth and managing key accounts.

Karin Hart earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism/Advertising from The University of Kansas from 1985 to 1989. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
