Kathy Westcott

Kathy Westcott has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kathy started their career at Jung & Associates in 1992, where they served as a Paralegal/Office Manager and handled various responsibilities such as paralegal duties, drafting legal documents, and managing office finances. From 1999 to 2009, they worked as a Legal Assistant at Faegre & Benson LLP, where they supported multiple lawyers in litigation cases. Kathy then transitioned to the role of Office Manager/Co-Owner at Town & Country Electric of Colorado for a period of 14 years. In 2009, Westcott joined Crop Production Services, Inc./Loveland Products, Inc. as a Contracts Manager, successfully negotiating and managing numerous commercial contracts. During their time at Crop Production Services, they also held the positions of Technical Regulatory Manager and Senior Manager Regulatory. Prior to their current role, Kathy Westcott worked at Nutrien as the Manager, Regulatory - Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs for six months before joining the J.R. Simplot Company as the Director of Product Regulatory & Compliance in June 2018.

Kathy Westcott completed their Associate of Applied Science in Legal at Aims Community College from 1988 to 1990. Kathy then pursued their Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2006.
