Katrina Lemmon

Katrina Lemmon is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the retail and event management sectors. Currently serving as Marketing Manager for J.R. Simplot Company since March 2022, Katrina previously held multiple roles at Jacksons Food Stores from October 2013 to January 2021, culminating in the position of Senior Marketing Manager. During this tenure, key achievements included managing marketing efforts across 260 stores, launching the Jacksons Let’s Go Rewards App, and significantly increasing event attendance and sales through strategic promotions. Prior experience includes serving as Marketing Manager for the Ford Idaho Center and Design and Communication/Event Management for Neighborhood Housing Services of Idaho, alongside early work as a graphic designer at Science Application International Corporation. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Boise State University and has been recognized with a leadership award for outstanding contributions in marketing.
