Kirby Shepherd

Kirby Shepherd is a seasoned human resources professional with significant experience in various managerial and advisory roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at J.R. Simplot Company since March 2020, Kirby previously held the position of Human Resource Business Partner at ON Semiconductor from August 2017 to March 2020, and prior to that, worked as a Human Resource Business Advisor at Agrium from May 2011 to August 2017. Kirby holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management from Western Governors University, completed between 2013 and 2015, and an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies, earned from 2008 to 2010.
