Logan Lofto

Logan Lofto is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business development and finance. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Development at J.R. Simplot Company, Logan focuses on M&A execution, including due diligence and integration. Previous experience includes an MBA Business Development Internship at Pure Watercraft, where Logan developed an emissions reduction model and created pitch materials for investors. As a Venture Fellow at Pioneer Square Labs, Logan conducted customer discovery for a cryptocurrency startup. Prior roles at Antares Capital LP involved leveraged finance investment banking, where Logan assessed capital structures and performed due diligence, as well as worked on cross-functional optimization initiatives. Logan holds an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Boston College. Additional education includes studies at The London School of Economics.
