Martha Caraway Rogers

Martha Caraway Rogers is an experienced engineer with a robust background in process control and project engineering. Currently serving as a Process Control Engineer at J.R. Simplot Company since December 2019, Martha previously worked as a Project Engineer at Ur-Energy USA Inc., where responsibilities included designing field production equipment and managing water disposal well compliance. In earlier roles at BP L48, Martha held dual positions as Maintenance Team Lead and Facilities Engineering and Construction Manager, focused on facility design and infrastructure for drilling programs. As a Facility Engineer at BP, Martha executed significant projects related to water treatment and safety management, while also mentoring interns. Martha holds a Master of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
