Matt Reese

Matt Reese is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in Human Resources spanning over two decades. Since June 2012, Matt has served as an HR Business Partner at J.R. Simplot Company, where responsibilities include leading HR initiatives in food processing and partnering with leadership on talent management, employee engagement, and the implementation of a global HR system. Prior to this role, Matt held positions at Wells Fargo, including Employee Relations Consultant and Human Resources Consultant, providing HR support to a wide geographic region. Earlier experience includes HR Generalist roles at Plexus Corp and HR Assistant/Manager at Bon Marche' Macys. Matt holds a BBA in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Boise State University and a Certificate in HR Management from the University of Washington, alongside multiple professional HR certifications.
